You are now allowed to plant 6 trees in your land claim. To get the seeds you need to craft them and use the varient helper by pressing (R) and selecting the seed you want. (After the next restart)

I have lifted the poi restrictions during blood moon. You are still not allowed to stay in traders or safe zone during blood moon and the reason is zombies de spawn in those areas.
